Fire Safety & Disclaimers

PyreLogs™ are a tool for building campfires. Fires are dangerous.
Respect the fire and follow these guidelines when using PyreLogs™:

  • Do not use PyreLogs™ to build a fire during a burn ban

  • Read your campground rules carefully and obey all local fire ordinances — we don’t want to be on the news

  • Do not leave a fire or hot coals unattended

  • PyreLogs are not intended for use in bonfires or other engulfing fire

  • Do not expect to put out a campfire with a bottle of water

  • Fill a bucket with water or have a water hose within reach while your fire is burning

  • Do not rely on the coals to “just go out” — PyreLogs™ are a tool to make fires burn more efficiently; your coals and ashes will remain hot for longer

  • Do not disassemble PyreLogs™ while hot and do not attempt to pull hot PyreLogs™ out of a fire

  • Do not place hot PyreLogs™ on grass, dry leaves, pinestraw, or any other flammable surface including wooden picnic tables

  • Do not place hot PyreLogs™ near flammable substances including gasoline, kerosene, and packaged “fire starter fluid”

  • PyreLogs™ does not endorse the use of recreational substances while using this product

A fire is your responsibility. PyreLogs™ is not liable for damage, injury, misuse, or consequences of any fire built with this product. Please, don’t be stupid.
